These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Opinions Deal website (https://Opinions Deal.com), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Opinions Deal (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Opinions Deal is an online rewards and market research participation platform that connects users (“Users” or “Participants”) with third-party survey providers, market research companies, and advertising partners. Users may voluntarily participate in surveys, offers, and promotional activities and may earn points or rewards based on successful participation.

Opinions Deal is only an intermediary platform and does not own or operate the surveys or third-party offers provided by partners.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country).
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Not create multiple accounts.
• Not use VPN, proxy, emulator, automation tools, or bots.

We reserve the right to verify identity and suspend accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. You agree:

• Not to share accounts.
• Not to sell or transfer accounts.
• To provide truthful demographic information.

Providing false information may result in survey disqualification, reward cancellation, or permanent suspension.

4. Surveys, Offers, and Rewards

Participation in surveys and offers is voluntary. Important conditions:

• Rewards are provided only after successful validation by survey partners.
• Survey providers may disqualify users at any stage.
• Attempting a survey does NOT guarantee a reward.
• Partial completion may not be credited.
• Rewards may take time to be confirmed by partners.

Opinions Deal does not control survey screening criteria or partner validation decisions.

5. Reward Processing

Rewards are issued in points and may be redeemed for available payment options. You acknowledge:

• Minimum withdrawal limits apply.
• Processing times may vary.
• Payment providers may require verification.
• Transaction fees (if any) may be deducted.

Opinions Deal is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.

6. Fraud Prevention & Account Suspension

To maintain platform quality, we actively monitor fraud. Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned for:

• Multiple accounts, VPN or proxy usage.
• Fake or inconsistent survey responses.
• Speeding through surveys or attempting restricted surveys.
• Manipulating referrals or chargebacks/abuse.

If fraud is detected: Points may be removed, rewards cancelled, and accounts terminated. Our fraud determination is final.

7. Referrals

Referral programs must be used legitimately. Creating fake referrals, self-referrals, or incentivized traffic is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of earnings and account termination.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service includes links to external surveys and partner platforms. When you access a third-party survey, you are subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy. Opinions Deal is not responsible for survey disqualification, errors, crashes, or partner content.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to: Use bots, scripts, or automation; Reverse engineer the app; Exploit system bugs; Harass support staff; Abuse promotions; or Attempt unauthorized access.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraud or misuse. Upon termination, points may be forfeited and pending rewards cancelled.

11. Limitation of Liability

Opinions Deal provides the Service on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for survey disqualification, loss of rewards due to partner rejection, technical interruptions, or payment provider failures. Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of rewards earned but not yet redeemed.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opinions Deal and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

Opinions Deal respects your privacy and provides you the ability to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

What Happens After Request?

• Ownership verification and account disabling.
• Permanent deletion or anonymization of data within 7-15 days.

Data Policy

Deleted: Name, Profile, Email, Phone, Device IDs, Survey preferences, and Support logs.

Retained: Transaction records (tax compliance) and Fraud prevention logs (not used for profiling).
